Company Policies Deliveries
Shipping We take extra ordinary care in packaging our gifts for shipment so that they arrive with the same presentation you would expect with a hand delivered package. Most of our designs are suitable for shipment, however some may not be well suited for this type of transportation. We will advise you if the gift you have selected cannot be shipped. We ship anywhere within the
continental USA via UPS and FedEx ground unless otherwise requested.
So even if the recipient is not in our hand delivery area, it can be
delivered to them usually the next day in Georgia. Orders
received by noon are generally shipped the same day. To avoid extra
shipping charges and delays, be sure to have accurate and complete street
address information and confirm whether we are shipping to a residential
or commercial location. We cannot ship UPS to Post Office Boxes.
Address corrections will incur additional charges as imposed by our shipper
and will be billed as a seperate charge to your credit card. After
all efforts have been made to complete delivery, undeliverable packages or
packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or inability
to locate recipient will be forwarded to the customer placing the order
at the customers expense. We can not refund orders due to erroneous
address information. Payment Options We welcome Visa, MC, Discover,
American Express and Personal or Business Checks. The following
conditions apply to all check writers. All returned checks, collection
fees, and any other cost incurred will be collected electronically by
Check Collection & Recovery, Inc., PO Box 21081, St. Simons Island,
Ga 31522 (912-638-9979) and are subject to the maximum fees allowed by
law. Substitutions At times a product or container may be temporarily out of stock as our merchandise changes periodically throughout the seasons. We reserve the right to substitute these items with similar items of equal or greater value when necessary. The design will still be as similar as possible to the design you select and we make every effort to notify you in advance when a substitution may be needed. Anonymous Gifting Out of respect for the recipient, we do not send a gift anonymously. When someone receives a gift anonymously, it can lead to frustration and even fear. Gift giving should be a joyous occasion for both the giver and recipient.. While your intentions may be good, we can never be assured that the experiences of others won't lead them to be suspicious of such gestures. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter. We do not sell or share this information with outside sources. We may from time send you information on special promotions or upcoming events, but only with your approval.

We hand deliver
gifts whenever possible. Orders received before noon are usually
delivered the same day. We will advise you of the delivery date at
the time of your order. Our hand delivery charges average from
$6 - $15 depending on zip code and we will advise you of exact delivery
charges in advance. Rush orders will incur higher delivery costs.
We make every effort to ensure the recipient is available to accept
delivery on the date your request. When appropriate we may at
times leave the gift with a neighbor and leave a hang tag at the door
indicating the location where it was left. When no one is available
to receive deliveries, a second delivery attempt will be made and an
additional charge will incur.
